01-20-19: Incoming Build!

This batch of NPCs has been put into the game and dialogue has been implemented. There are some things we've got to work out and test but this build is shaping up quite nicely and we should have it for you very soon.

Meanwhile, groundwork for the build after is already being laid down. Not trying to jinx anything, so let's just say that the future is bright, potentially.
